Job Description (Duties):

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient and accurate over the counter services to customers projecting a professional and warm imagine.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately receiving and paying out to customers following laid down procedures.
* To serve customers swiftly avoiding any errors and ensure that transaction time is reduced on average 2 minutes.
* To provide a first class service experience to the customer.
* Cross sell other Bank Products in support of increasing the Bank's business.
* Major customer contact point (Front Door of the Bank)

Necessary Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

* Personality Integrity.
* Complete secondary education as a minimum to advanced level.
* Strong Customer Service Orientation.
* Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
* Good Product Knowledge and how to sell them.
* Numerate and basic Computer knowledge.
* Patient and able to remain calm when under pressure.
* Must be consistently accurate.
* Should speak two, preferably three languages; French , English and Kinyarwanda.

Job Description (Duties):


Purpose of the Role:

To support the Chief Operations Officer in ensuring that Branches run efficiently, coordinating all administration tasks, to monitor and report on a day to day operations, training and Branches' performance; anlyse Branches' operational activities and manage corrective actions when needed; to implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.

Duties and Responsibilities;

* Ensure operational controls cover all branches key activities.
* Assess branches' operations.
* Ensure timely remedial actions are taken and follow up on recommendations' implementations.
* Assist branches in the implementations process.
* Assist operational branch staff.
* Generation of sound statistics and analysis of branches performance and operational efficiency to help the Chief Operations Officer and Business Development Managers in strategic decision making process and/or strategies/objectives setting and adjustments.


Necessary Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills;


* Degree from a recognized University with a bias towards accounting with at least four years progressively responsible experience.
* At least two years management or supervisory experience.
* Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of accounting , knowledge of operational risk and control processes and procedures in banks.
* Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and evaluate facts, and prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
* Ability to schedule and direct the activities of other staff in accomplishing the goals of the department, and review work in progress and upon completion.
* Good knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and practices.
