We are looking for an experienced Oncology Nurse with current expertise in the administration of chemotherapy and a basic understanding of the management of patients undertaking cancer treatments.
The post holder must have been qualified at least two years and an additional oncology qualification would be an advantage. The post holder must be prepared to take on additional study as part of their ongoing professional development.
The post holder must be able to function as an autonomous practitioner and make clinical decisions as necessary. The post is 30hours over Monday to Friday . Flexibility is a must as the nurse are also involved in attending evening clinics with the oncologist.
