The Consultant helps customers define their IT strategy and resulting requirements. 
Consultant documents requirements and creates a conceptual and logical solution. The solution might include infrastructure, architecture components, process change, governance and industry standard delivery methods that will be used to enact the solution delivery.
Consultant is a key contributor of a team whose goals are to craft and deliver engagements in 3 majors areas:
• Business value justification, Business Case modeling
• Solution architecture & Integration, 
• Business/IT process, IT governance, Operations management, Change management.
Consultant contributes to building plans for implementation of the solution. Consultant gains a moderate level of influence and relationships with key members of the customer’s team. 
Consultant can work as key contributor of a Program Management Office: crafting transformation management plan, performing Program Management Tasks and providing reporting to senior management team.
Consultant has demonstrated autonomy in Project Management & ability to manage successfully limited and scoped engagements.
Consultant has demonstrated strong knowledge in at least 2 of the 3 major disciplines on consulting profession.
Consultant demonstrates with relevant experience ability to embrace future challenges of Managing Consultant missions / engagements.
Preferred Profile: 
• Technical, Internet, Finance and Consultant Practice experience, with significant depth in one or more of the following Industry Verticals: Finance, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare
• BS/BA (or equivalent) and above - MS or MBA is preferred. 
• 8-10 years working experience in a combination of IT consulting / systems integration and IT role(s). 
• A track record of responsibility for managing project and/or functional teams.
• Working knowledge of other functional areas such as finance, legal and risk functions and the roles they play in realizing change within complex stakeholder environments.
