Job Title: Network Support Sr Analyst
Location: Saint Louis, MO

Dell is seeking a Network Support Sr. Analyst to joint our team in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved with the installation, expansion and support of network hardware and software; including servers, hubs, routers wireless devices.
  • Monitor and trouble shoot internal network and Internet connectivity.
  • Provide network assistance for end-user devices; including distributing software and security updates to end-users.
  • Maintain and manage central file storage.
  • Provide backup and restore services to all local servers and end-user devices.
  • Monitor servers, operating systems, databases, and applications to minimize failures or degraded performance.
  • Support multiple server hardware platforms.

Qualifications
Required Skills:
2 years experience as a technical network technical support analyst.
Requires hands on experience with Cisco switches and routers.
Requires hands on experience with Active directory.
Requires hands on experience with Microsoft software/server suite including server 2003 as well as Exchange server.

Desired Skills:
Experience with virtual servers as well as UNIX and Intel servers are preferred.
Experience working in a network wireless environment preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.

Education:
Bachelors degree preferred
High School Diploma required
