Job Purpose
Successful candidate will be responsible to grow and manage our expanding affiliate sales force not limited ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.
  • Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates and joint venture partners have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers. Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.
  • Work directly with the analytics manager to develop tracking, testing, monitoring, reporting, and other technological integration with existing systems.
  • Manage the integration and setup of new affiliates, ensure access to all fares is given through feeds and more.

Prepare weekly affiliate reports for distribution to key stakeholders and manage meetings to optimize results.
Monitoring meta search affiliate results and ensure that our fares are getting adequate exposure and working with affiliates to increase the exposure

Requirements
University degree education in marketing or related discipline is required, post-graduate qualification an advantage. Post holder must have at least 2 years hands-on experience in affiliate program management, documented track record of successful affiliate recruitment preferably in the travel industry, including program performance data.

Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
Fluent and experienced in the process of prospecting, contacting, and recruiting strong joint venture partners.
Skilled in the internet marketing sales process, including email, marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, social media and blog/forum marketing.
