Job Title: Hub Performance Supervisor

Job Purpose
Supervision of tracing team, supervision and control of all network and hub related tracing activity, oversight and responsibility for all network related advance manifest information required by customs regulatory authorities, supervision of revenue data capture for all UAE originating shipments and production of weekly statistics to support all activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise cargo tracing and data monitoring activities
  • Ensure full data capture is up to date for all UAE originating shipments
  • Ensure advanced customs information requirements for EY destinations are met
  • Liaise with coordinate with GHA’s regarding cargo tracing activities
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports and ensure department KPI’s are met
  • Monitor resources allocation of both CT01 and CT02 and implement fair work load distribution for optimum utilization in consideration of operational peaks and troughs

Requirements


  • Educated to at least high school level, preferably diploma level in logistics, operations management or related discipline with acquired specialization in cargo handling operations, successful completion of cargo and dangerous goods courses are required as well as courses in live animals, aircraft weight and balance and general cargo procedures.
  • Three to five years cargo operations experience
  • Good understanding of computer airfreight specifications
  • Good understanding of cargo handling processes and procedures
  • Team building and performance management
  • Good understanding of Excel and Word
