Description
The APJ VDTO Program Analyst reports directly to the VDTO Chief of Staff who also leads the Strategy, Planning & Programs team for the region. You will work with and coordinate closely with other VDTO country resources to analyze and drive metrics governance on the key business fundamentals for the Volume Direct operations activities across APJ.
The APJ Volume Direct & Teleweb Operations organization manages the $3B+ customer to cash environment for HP's volume direct business with customers of all segments across the region.
The Strategy, Planning & Programs team is responsible for VDTO's business planning processes including workforce-, budget-, and transformation-related plans. Additionally, the team manages the organization's process of management, and drives the organization's TCE, Quality/L6S initiatives as well as KPI metrics governance, which, together with supporting various strategy & program mgmt activities, will be your primary job content.
Specific Responsibilities
• Ownership and accountability for timeliness, data accuracy and process adaptation as needed in delivery of various Regional Reporting data sets and reports to various stakeholders.
• Manage cross-regional governance around key business fundamentals related programs such as TAT or quality of specific processes related to order mgmt, invoicing and payment
1. Subject Matter Expert in logic, analysis and reporting tool/process
2. Train-the-trainers (Country OM, Regional SC and Regional Logistics Leads) on logic and reporting process
3. Facilitate performance review with country OM and regional SC/Logistics leads
4. Provide mgmt update on program performance
5. Drive improvement plan with OM, Credit functions etc
6. Global VDTO alignment for changes in performance reporting
• Support to, or ownership of the coordination and leadership of individual programs across the regional operations activities, often times with direct contact to the Vice President of VDTO
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:
Degree Holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience within a business analysis, reporting or process improvement function
Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation
Strong people, relationship management skills
Delivery focused with excellent organisation, planning skills, project mgmt experience
Ability to pay strong attention to details, ensure consistency and accuracy of regional and country reports
Independent, highly motivated, and able to perform under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
Proven experience working across countries
Adaptable, flexible and comfortable managing change
Knowledge of business process and reengineering skills in IT / high tech or manufacturing, supply chain, and operations environment is an advantage
Excellent time management, presentation and organisational skills
High degree of IT literacy, especially Excel, PowerPoint
