People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location.  BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services.  These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.  We offer a full array of business process outsourcing services founded on operational excellence and cost effectiveness.

The Procurement Specialist will take ownership of the contract mangement process on behalf of our customer for all commodities as required by the scope of work.  Duties include: negotiating major contracts involving large dollar amounts, driving cost savings on behalf of our customers, conducting opportunity assessments, risk analysis and ROI analysis.  Other duties will include: developing spend and savings forecasts, building a strong pipeline of sourcing projects, understanding customer's procurement policies and work to improve compliance of end users, designing an overall project and commodity strategy, overseeing a variety of sourcing initiatives such as manual negotiations, RFPs, online auctions, and supplier qualifications, and utilizing sourcing technology to create more structured and streamlined processes for the customer.
