Job Purpose
To design, deliver, evaluate and review all learning initiatives for employees across the Etihad network. Engage with the business and develop effective relationships to ensure effective implementation of development interventions.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:

Deliver learning interventions that includes classroom training, blended learning and on the job coaching in order to ensure best practices and enhancement of the employee brand.
Research and design training materials and development interventions that are aligned to Etihad specific requirements
To develop own and other’s skills and knowledge base as required, based on any new development within Etihad and in the industry in general to ensure competence and relevance of knowledge.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to assess the effective transfer of learning into the workplace to ensure increased organizational effectiveness.


Identify development needs for participants during the training, feedback to line managers and provide individual on-job-coaching in the workplace to entrench learning
Act as subject matter expert on any major project and maximize working relationships with the concerned project owners or line departments to provide an ideal learning solution to support the roll out to the network in order to keep abreast of best practices.
Review and enhance existing learning interventions on a continuous basis and provide recommendations for enhancement and also research and design training materials and development interventions that are aligned to Etihad specific requirements
Requirements
Qualification & Education:

Educated up to A Level or equivalent
Holding a recognized Train the trainer or equivalent certification
Degree or Diploma Holder in related field or a relevant HRD qualification
Psychometric qualification at any recognized international institute and a post graduate qualification in Management or HRD will be an advantage.
A recognized advanced professional skill certification in the specific area of expertise
Experience:

Three years working experience in a supervisory role ideally in the aviation industry
One year experience in training or coaching role.
Training and/or coaching experience in the aviation industry with a classroom design with online learning materials
One year experience in using psychometric tools for rapport building or recruitment
Training & Knowledge: 

Strong command of spoken & written English
Well developed stand up presentation skills with excellent ability in working with MS Office Suite
Ability to observe & give feedback positively and as well as analyze and compile feedback.
Coaching skills
High level of interpersonal skills
Related knowledge of subject matter and of the aviation industry
Strong cross cultural awareness
