Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
1-For monitoring & control of FeMn production process to ensure product quality & process safety.
2-Systematic deployment of QAP to meet the customer requirement & process safety.
3-Ensuring availability of various input raw material such as Mn ore , coke, flux ,burden preparation, process control w.r.t various input & out put measures & suitable corrections
4-.Monitoring of measure KPI’s such as sp. Mn ore consumption &sp. carbon consumption etc.Review against ABP targets & gap analysis using SPC methodology.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Coordination with captive mines & procurement division. Ensuring minimum stock level of various raw materials.
Stacking & analysis of raw materials. Burden preparation.
Process control & suitable mid course correction.
Ensuring proper RM mix to have desired slag chemistry.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering in Metallurgy with 5-7 yrs experience in Ferro Alloys / Sponge /Iron & Steel making.
