The Capture, Share and Relive organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join an innovation-focused team responsible for building new social software and services assets. Our mission is to innovate on all aspects of the end-to-end consumer social experiences on Nokia devices and on the web. The team is based in Boston, Massachusetts with a great startup spirit. This role will require active collaboration with teams in California, Berlin and Finland. Limited travel might be necessary.


Your responsibilities will include:

· Program Management of an entire solution program including governance, milestone execution, risk and dependency management, stakeholder definition, and complete management through delivery of the product
· Setting and ensuring key delivery targets, coordinating and tracking requirements and deliverables from Engineering, Product Management, Devices and Markets.
. Coordination with stakeholders outside of Capture/Share including Service Delivery, Architecture, and other dependency organizations and technologies across the globe
· Ensuring end-to-end quality of Capture/Share programs via effective metrics target setting, milestone tracking, reporting and program communication to all stakeholders
· Developing and applying new, innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
· Helping to grow revenue streams for Nokia through the delivery of high quality products.
Qualifications

· 8-12 years of relevant experience managing complex technical development and deployment projects with multiple dependencies and high pressure targets and timing in a widely distributed international setting.
· BS in related technical field, or equivalent additional experience.
· PMP certification a plus.
· Experience working in a global organization preferred.
· Social networking experience preferred.
· Experience working in an Agile environment.
· Personal credibility, maturity and finesse to manage multiple stakeholders and matrix organizations to align key targets.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
