Description 

The activities of Nestlé focuses on quality and committed action - in all divisions. Within the central shopping for "Indirect Materials & Services" in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking to strengthen our team as quickly as possible to a purchaser (m / w) in marketing and consulting services.

Your tasks: 

  • You are responsible for the strategic sourcing of marketing and consulting services, market research, as well as coaches and Events 
  • They initiate and manage projects in accordance with national and design and procurement strategies are working closely with the European and global purchasing 
  • They integrate responsible business and cross-buying strategies 
  • They optimize the supplier portfolio by selecting suppliers agree, framework agreements and contract negotiations 
  • Overarching framework contracts will enable the realization of synergy potentials 
  • With the use of eProcurement tools (such as e-Catalogue and P-Card) to analyze and optimize the procurement processes   

Your profile: 


  • Completed business management training 
  • At least three years experience preferably in the purchasing of services, if desired also in the marketing or agency environment 
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills 
  • Organizational skills, assertiveness and communication skills 
  • Teamwork 
  • Persuasiveness, independent action and proactivity 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SAP procurement processes 
  • Fluent English skills
