The Job
Because the Amsterdam office is growing, we are currently looking for an Account Director. You know how to listen to clients, interpreting their needs but are not afraid to offer candid advice when necessary. And you can maximize the value of clients’ investments, paving the way for new growth opportunities, for our global clients. You will be the Account Director and the single point of contact between clients and project teams. You will maximize the value clients receive from their existing investments, identifying growth opportunities. You will be apt at translating client needs and responsible for creating proposals and negotiating budgets, organizing kick off meetings with team, briefing the team and giving background and context. You are responsible for setting up and attending client presentations and client reviews and for sign offs on proposals, purchase orders and invoices. You will be reporting directly to the Group Account Director
We ask
You have 6+ years professional experience in an account role in integrated marketing and have experience in working for global clients in an international setting. You are a natural at balancing and prioritizing and possess a strong ability to communicate and influence with outstanding presentation and proposal skills. You are excellent in multi level stakeholder management and have the confidence to manage relationships and expectations with senior clients. You are able to consult and convince clients through your extensive knowledge of integrated marketing You are pro-active and excited about the prospect of travelling and working for clients in other countries. You are fluent in written/spoken English and preferably Dutch or another European language.

This is a full time position, based at the Amsterdam office. Salary and benefits will be determined according to the individual’s skills and experience.
