Job description
ANY CITY USA: This IT Infrastructure Specialist must have experience leading teams in the assessment, design, and deployment of monitoring solutions using primarily IBM software. Knowledge of the ITCAM products, ITCAM for Applications, ITCAM for Transactions, ITCAM for J2EE, ITCAM for WebSphere, ITCAM for Web Resources, ITCAM for SOA, and Omegamon XE, and how they integrate with other Tivoli systems management tools is required. An understanding of web applications and SOA is also necessary. The specialist must possess strong skills to implement monitoring and event management technologies and to provide guidance on how to use those technologies in support of systems management processes - namely event, availability, incident, performance, and problem management. Candidate will work as part of larger team and must be willing to travel based on client needs.
