Reporting directly to Manager Manpower Planning , responsible for all pilot and cabin crew manpower planning, calculations, training movement plans to support short, medium, and long term planning. Responsible to maintain all data required for the new manpower planning optimization system. To provide Manager with correct accurate decision making to ensure the airline is adequately supplied with efficient crew resource to maintain operational stability, leave allocation, standby, training, sickness, and other non-flying activities that will affect the overall manpower requirements.
You will be responsible to:
Responsible for accuracy to produce short, medium, long term crew resource requirements.
To supply adequate qualified flying crew for the operation.
Must take into account all aspects of manpower planning calculations
Track and produce all crew resource KPI’s for corporate scorecard and finance
Cost analysis of manpower requirements, lead times, training costs
Must provide full transparent process for GCAA, Internal Governance, Internal Quality & Safety, and Finance audits
Produce cost efficient high level training plans to maintain operational stability
Responsible for building and monitoring of crew resource budgets
Produce recovery plans to major airline changes such as route changes and aircraft deliveries.
Constantly working with all depts. involved having a direct effect on manpower requirements, network schedule changes, MPP formula changes, historical stats, training resource, etc
Must hold a minimum of University / College level education. Advanced education in mathematics, statistics, and decision making is essential.
In addition to above; you are required to have the following:
A minimum of 5 years of direct flight operational experience in Crew Resource area. Experience in manpower planning is highly recommended.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills High computer literacy
Excellent creative writing skills
Strategic planning and project management skills
