Partner with some of the best minds in the industry, and apply your technical know-how to manage and operate IT hardware, software, communications and/or application solutions. You'll manage the resources required to plan, develop, deliver and support expertly engineered IT services and products that meet worldwide clients' benchmarking project needs.

The challenges don't stop there. You'll also manage the performance of systems and services, as well as brought-in services, including public networks, and virtual private networks.

Deliverables include service-level reporting, risk and contingency planning. Support-related responsibilities include sizing, troubleshooting and critical customer benchmark situations. In this position you will primarily apply your technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services implementation environment.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure implementation and operations
At least 5 years experience in LAN and SAN design and implementation
At least 5 years experience in Unix, Windows and Linux Operating Systems
English: Fluent
