Job Description
Being a Store Manager for The North West Company is a key position within the organization. You are responsible for managing the day to day operations of your store in an environment that is both challenging and highly rewarding. As customer service is our first priority, you will deal with customers at an extremely high level and play a strong role in liaising with the community thru sponsorship and volunteering.
Functions running the gamut from, achieving sales, competitive pricing, timely stock replenishment, financial services to administrative tasks such as budget input, managing expenses, staff and labour issues and performance appraisals are all key responsibilities you will be expected to control and manage.
Requirements
This fast-paced position requires an energetic and highly motivated candidate to ensure success.
We are looking for proven Store Managers with a minimum of five years experience in a Store Manager or General Manager role in a large scale grocery/retail environment.
Successful candidates will be adventurous team players who can appreciate small town life in culturally diverse setting.
