The Role
As part of the UK Professional Services Project Management Office support the co-ordination, organisation, monitoring, and oversight of projects independently, to ensure the delivery of project outputs on time, within budget, and with quality results. Provide support for project billing and administration.
Project Initiation:
Effectively and appropriately apply Siemens project methodology, or appropriate alternative, and enforce project management best practice where appropriate
· Ensure that all relevant information is created and entered into Project Management System
Project Execution & Control:
- Maintain regular communication with the project team to update and communicate relevant project information
- Support the development of effective working relationships and ongoing relationship management processes for projects
- Produce accurate reports for use within Project Management Office
- Support the governance and audit of project information and documentation
- Provide necessary information and support to Project Managers for successful project delivery
- In conjunction with the project team, track and report on progress to plan, cost and schedule and change control
- Ensure all project work undertaken adheres to the appropriate Siemens guidance for legal compliance
- Support project billing and reporting
- Regularly analyse and report on project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilisation
- Provide support to general project delivery requirements
- Where appropriate, contribute to a consistent and reliable revenue forecast for backlog and pipeline business
Additional Information
UK driving licence is essential as there will be regular travel throughout the UK
