The Building Technologies Division (BT) is building a comfortable and safe (work environment). BT focuses on developing solutions and offers a wide range of high quality and innovative products in the field of Fire Safety, Security and Building Comfort. This market wants to sell Siemens products to installers and system integrators to expand.

Within the business unit Control Products and Systems (CPS) is looking for a driven Account Manager with proven sales targets central Netherlands.

Contacts:
You are working as regional account manager for all partners and system houses with the aim of achieving the sales targets for specific products on the Dutch market and editing the market for all customers in the distribution column.

In this autonomous position, you know your support of your fellow Account Managers. Furthermore you will work closely with colleagues from Marketing & Sales Support, Controlling and representatives from other Siemens divisions.

Duties:

  • achieve the assigned sales targets; 
  • developing a client portfolio within the assigned customer segment or actively managing, conserving and developing existing relationships; 
  • preparing and implementing account plans; 
  • Developing trust-based relationships with customers (end users); 
  • consultant to parties involved in such business; 
  • maintaining the CRM system. 

 
Education:
MBO or HBO working and thinking, preferably in mechanical, electrical, process control engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge / Languages: 

  • knowledge of the market situation, HVAC market; 
  • knowledge of process control engineering and mechanical engineering; 
  • knowledge of sales techniques; 
  • good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written; 
  • knowledge of the portfolio is an advantage. 

 
Experience:
4 to 5 years experience in sales, which also has experience in sales of measurement & control (HVAC);
3 to 4 years experience in the installer market.
