Resources Global Professionals is currently seeking dynamic and highly motivated professionals with a strong background in regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will posess a minimum of 10 years experience at a Banking Institution and/or Broker/Dealer and experience with some or all of the following: regulatory filings, Broker/Dealer filings, Federal Reserve filings, and/or branch filings. Four-year bachelor degree required. Candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency and experience in their field and possess a desire for project-based work. Candidates must be willing and able to commute to New York City and / or the surrounding area.     

Candidates must possess any of the following qualifications:

• Preparation of Federal Call Reporting for a Banking Institution
• Preparation of US audited Financial Statements for a public US Bank Holding Company Regulatory
• Reporting for a Broker/Dealer firm (including FOCUS Reporting 15c3-3 and 15c3-1 calculations)
• Net Capital and BASEL II reporting
• Experience working with external Regulators: SEC, FINRA, NYMEX and Federal Reserve Bank
