Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leader of the mining industry. As part of its development it is seeking a Junior Analyst Buy.

Job description
Buy Junior Analyst will contribute to the implementation and monitoring of indicators, tools and procedures for purchase of the branch.

Analysts refer to the Director Buy Buy Junior Branch.

Based in Paris / Mobility needed in the Gabon and knowledge of the country desired.

Responsibilities
The Junior Analyst Buy's major responsibilities are:


The structuring of the purchasing process

Implementation and monitoring of reporting of savings to buy all the sites of the Branch
Definition and implementation of indicators Purchase (other than savings) for the sites of the Branch
Development and implementation of reporting tools simplified Branch
Creation and implementation of communication tools for the network Purchase Branch (newsletter, intranet, databases, contracts, best practices, documentation standards etc. ...)
Analysis and monitoring of key markets for clues Branch activities (chemicals, coke, Silicone ...) in conjunction with Marketing and Purchasing Power
Creating and facilitating a process of risk analysis providers (financial, social and environmental responsibility, ...) in connection with services Finance and Sustainable Development
Support sites for the reliability of the expenditure base of the Group Buy
Research providers

Search of suppliers in new markets demand Sites
Professionalization of the research methodology for new suppliers (list the usual sources, formalizing the steps of effective research ... etc.)
The Hot Buy

Treatment of simple procurement files at the request of the Director Buy Sites or Branch, since the definition of requirements to contracting through market analysis, vendor evaluation, negotiation, etc. ...
Qualifications and experience
Purchase training (type MIA) highly desirable, technical training is a plus
Force proposal, initiative, creativity, dynamism, perseverance
Ability to work internationally, as well as working in a matrix organization transversely
Ability to assimilate and adapt quickly to changes
Great rigor / Great ability to organize and bargain.
Very good team spirit
Independent, responsible and able to communicate
Very good knowledge required of Gabon
