UC Architect/ Sales Engineer – Atlanta, GA Founded in 2004, IT Decision Management is a technology solutions provider with expertise in Managed Services, VOIP Telephony, Mobile Enablement, Software Development and new Product Development. ITdM is currently seeking a Cisco certified UC Architect/Sales Engineer for an immediate, 3 month+ contract opportunity with our client located in Atlanta, GA. Please note, this position does require the ability to travel between 50-70%. 

Job Description: The Cisco UC Architect/Sales Engineer candidate must have an extensive background and expert knowledge in the design and implementation of Unified Communications and Unified Contact Center Technology Solutions for both SMB and large-scale organizations. Individual will consult with customers within a specific region in order to align strategies and determine business and technical requirements in order to design, develop and implement advanced technical solutions focused on: • UC and Collaboration (including Contact Center) • Core Networking Infrastructure • Wireless and Security Technologies Engineer must be capable of working in close partnership with internal technical, sales and delivery teams, as well as client counterparts. Desired Skills: * Solid understanding of Cisco-based unified communications and collaboration * Design and quoting expertise * Substantial knowledge of UC-related network issues/topics: SIP, SIP trunking, QoS, CoS, etc. * Experience with various PBX technologies, legacy TDM/PSTN, and IP telephony * Thorough understanding of managed network services (LAN/WAN, VOIP, IP-PBX) * Data center services (hosting, storage, application management) * Cisco Certified in one or more: CCNP, CCVP, CCDP * Strongly desired: ITIL, Microsoft and other related industry certifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline, along with 5 years IP Networking and design experience Strong LAN/WAN experience Excellent Cisco Platform Cisco IOS firewall Excellent customer service skills
