Job Description
Leading antenna engineer in Serenity. Developing world class Antenna technologies/concepts enabling winning products based on Serenity.Job covers all basic product creation phases: new technology sourcing/development, product concepting phase and finally the actual productization phase
• innovate new antenna technologies based on ID driven product needs
• create IPR
• simulate new antenna concepts into product ID
• evaluate antenna concepts in antenna chamber
• productize antenna concepts and ensure antennas' manufacturability
• requires a close follow-up of antenna technology trends and close co-operation with antenna technology suppliers as well as with Nokia antenna stakeholders
Qualifications
• Proven track record of innovative antenna concepts which have been also productized
• Simulation competencies
• Experience of various different radio protocol antenna design including LTE antenna concepts
• Capability to lead antenna engineers
• Open minded pioneering attitude
• Passion to deliver beautiful products and concepts (ID and UX)
• Hands-on team players
• Cross-functional competencies
