Your main function will be to set up and establish the organization in the area!
Duties include (but not limited to):
Implement and promote a sales and service organization, including administrative routines.
Implement customer and territory management practices.
Provide training to Employees when required.
Manage job descriptions, disciplinary procedures, appraisals and other relevant employee matters.
Requirements:
Fluent Portuguese and English communication skills essential.
Relevant Technical or Commercial Degree.
7 years previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
Leadership and people management skills.
Computer literacy.
