Job Description


Our Product Technology Centre in Konolfingen near Bern / Switzerland develops for Nestlé worldwide new products, processes and packaging concepts in the area of Milk and Nutrition. In addition, it also provides technical assistance to our factories.

In the Quality Management Department we are looking for a:

Food Safety Specialist

 Responsibilities

- Assess food safety of raw and packaging materials, processes and finished products
- Perform timely HACCP studies for new products and processes
- Provide food safety input for the development or update of generic HACCP studies
- Handling of the internal early Warning Network
- Assisting raw material experts in updating/improving tools for hazard assessments

 Your profile

- Degree in chemistry, food science & technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000
- Experience with chemical contaminants
- Knowledge of dairy shelf-stable and nutrition products
- Several years of experience in R&D food or commensurate experience
- Excellent Networking and communication skills
