Nestle Careers: Job Vacancy for Sales Manager Office B2B (Switzerland-VD-Paudex)

To complete our B2B Commercial department, we are currently looking for a:
Sales Manager Office B2B

Main Responsibilities


-Assist the B2B Commercial Director on the budget consolidation and closing. Follow up marketing budgets
-Define yearly and monthly sales budget (Operational Plan) in cooperation with the B2B Commercial Manager
-Manage the Sales Managers of distribution network with regular meetings
-Consolidation and analysis of the Monthly sales results (MOR & KPI’s)
-Proposition and follow up of Sales Force specific actions / promotions / trade fairs in order to reach the sales targets
-Ensure the compliance with the internationally defined Nespresso sales process and B2B Sales and Trade terms.
-Control agent commercial activities
-Create and implement national offers
-Define, Organize and implement a yearly sales force training program
-Run specific projects initiated by Commercial Director

Required Experience & Qualifications

-Professional education or University degree, Diploma in Commercial or Marketing field.
-Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years in sales environment.
-Good financial knowledge (budget, sales statistics) and project management proven track record
-Customer orientation and negotiation skills
-Strong organization skills, stress resilient, multi tasking
-Open-minded, self-confident and enthusiastic team player
-Mother tongue French or German. Good knowledge in the other language and in English.
