The Position: 

Based in Copenhagen, you will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations of the retail office and ensure customers are provided with excellent service and that the departments' sales targets are met. You will be required to coach, develop and motivate your team and ensure they provide the required standards.

You will be required to analysis service levels and revenue data to determine operational trends and provide solutions to increase sales, service and quality. You will also be required to implement and maintain retail office standards such as furniture, brochure displays, queuing, reservations and telephony systems. You will be required to prepare and reconcile end of day banking and bank monies as appropriate.

Experience and Qualifications: 
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in Airline Reservations/Ticketing with advanced knowledge in Reservations, Fares & Ticketing. You must have a proven ability to coach, motivate and develop staff. You must have excellent customer service skills with a high level of attention to detail. You must also be fluent in Danish and/or other Scandinavian languages and English.
