In January 2012, Emirates will commence a daily service from Dublin to Dubai.

The Position:

Based at Dublin International Airport, you will be dedicated to offering an outstanding level of customer service, be responsible for answering and dealing with customer queries, whilst ensuring all cargo reservations are entered into the system correctly.

With excellent attention to detail, you will co-ordinate transport requirements for cargo bookings and ensure all post-flight details are relayed to customers promptly.

Experience and Qualifications:

With a basic knowledge of Cargo reservations and operations, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have a pleasant telephone manner. You must also have a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of airline computerized reservations systems would be advantageous. You must also be fluent in written and spoken English.
