The Role

You and your team will create and own the customer experience, generating loyalty and love for our brands which will drive the commercial success of the store. It’s all about understanding individual needs, inspiring the right solution that keeps people coming back for more.

You’ll surprise and delight your customers by being intuitive, natural and thoughtful,  and possess a genuine passion for creating customers for life. And, of course, you’ll need to be up for a challenge (whilst having lots of fun). Whatever your background, if this sounds like you, we want you to be part of revolutionising the high street.

Must Haves

To apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate:

A track record of delivering long term commercial results through great customer service
Highly motivated and able to act on own initiative
Effective listening skills that deliver against customer needs
Evidence of attaining and exceeding service-related team targets
