Our client is a well-known AC/DC custom power systems integrator that has been around for over 25 years and specializes in the Utilities, Telecom, Petrochemical, alternate energy and Industrial markets. 

Responsibilities

- Direct technical sales and representation to utilities, telecom and other industrial market areas to support and expand customer base, market share and distribution network.
- Sales forecast for balance of 2011 to be generated and mutually agreed upon ASAP.
- Sales specialist to manage company's direct sales and distributors to maintain and expand momentum
- Continually implement innovative ideas coupled with advanced technologies to provide systems with greater flexibility, added reliability and lower overall costs
- Capabilities extend from feasibility analysis to design, installation, and service

Qualifications

- Candidate should have technical/engineering background (power related is preferred)
- 2 years' experience in power applications would definitely be an asset
- Candidate should be attentive, ambitious and eager to learn (and retain knowledge)
- Good written and verbal communication skills is an asset
