Job Purpose
An exciting opportunity for successful Retail Sales specialists…
Reporting to the Store Manager in one of our dynamic Etihad Shops across Abu Dhabi and the U.A.E., you will be responsible for selling a complete range of Etihad products ensuring delivery of the highest standards of service and driving sales to achieve our revenue targets. To be successful in this position, it is critical that you possess relevant customer facing sales experience in a dynamic sales environment, are energetic and thrive on being rewarded through an incentive based salary scheme.
Responsibilities.
Furthermore, you will, be responsible for:
Delivering consistent exceptional levels of face to face customer service
Achieving agreed individual sales targets and maximum contribution to our revenue targets.
Presenting a high level of personal grooming and appearance in line with the Five Star image of the Etihad Airways brand.
Selling the full range of Etihad products including Airline tickets, holiday packages, accommodation, attractions, events, ancillary products, car rental, travel insurance, destination management services and merchandise.
Completion of all bookings and reporting in accordance with the retail sales accounting processes and procedures ensuring accurate and prompt financial transactions.
Requirements.
You must have a minimum 3 years experience in a dynamic and challenging sales environment. Educated to at least secondary level a tertiary education and qualification is a major advantage.
Experience in the hospitality, travel and tourism industry would be an advantage.
In addition to the above you should have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of computer literacy
Sales negotiation and conversion skills and training
Strong command of written and spoken English with Arabic being an advantage
Sound understanding of Abu Dhabi and UAE market
In depth knowledge of customer service and sales principles and techniques
