B2C Infrastructure Specialist

Implement and support the B2C global hosting service of the GLOBE Solution. Work with the Global Hosting Provider for the integration and maintenance of internet sites, the integration of NIRF components and deployment of processes along with defined guidelines and service levels.

Main responsibilities and activities to be performed:

* Maintain and support of market internet sites in liaison with global hosting service, markets and agencies
* Administration, maintenance and setup of Nestle Internet Resource Framework components
* Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support on deployment and infrastructure related issues.
* Manage and coordinate support tickets across multiple markets, including the coordination of new installations and the deployment of new releases.
* Manage Global Hosting outside partner to ensure that SLA requirements are attained.
* Support the BTC in design and renovation of the global hosting solution.
* Participate in implementations and migrations based on project timelines.
* Support and adhere to existing GLOBE service management processes.

Technical - SKILLS REQUIRED

-Deep knowledge in infrastructure configuration and architecture with a focus on web based technologies with the following Microsoft products 
o Windows Server 2003/2008 
o IIS 6 and 7
o MS SQL Server 200x
o Optional Microsoft ISA Server 
o Optional Microsoft Commerce Server 200x

- Deep knowledge in SharePoint 2007 and 2010 technology with a focus on publishing sites (mainly administrative and partially development )

- Knowledge about website security and related hacking mechanisms

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Engineering with 5 years experience in information systems design, development and implementation.

- Three years experience and highly proficient competency in Client environments Window Server, SQL Server, SharePoint, Internet Information Services (IIS), and Indexing Services. Highly proficient competency in internet development using HTML, CSS, XML, WML, JavaScript, Dynamic HTML, ASP, ASP.NET, Flash, ActiveX, and C#.
