Job description
Position Summary
• Responsible for ensuring IBM Federal Delivery Cluster is compliant on the appropriate IBM business controls and reporting on status of that compliance on behalf of the cluster. Responsibilities include taking responsibility for the following:
• Ensuring cluster is compliant with client & and IBM Global Security descriptions and other IBM security policy requirements
• Ensuring cluster is compliant with required documented compliance and security policy and process
• Ensuring Compliance Issue Risk And Tracking System (CIRATS) process is followed, and that all open CIRATS have action plans and completion dates
• Ensuring IBM policy for client health process are followed and that all items needing attention items have appropriate action plans and completion dates
• Ensuring compliance tools are utilised by all Federal accounts according to the documented security policies
• Ensuring the Federal cluster is audit ready
• Preparing the Federal cluster component of ANZ compliance report
• Attending ANZ compliance meeting and reporting on Federal cluster compliance positions and actions
• Act as backup business approver for cluster Delivery Executive
• Represent Delivery Executive for cluster compliance issues
• Program managing compliance remediation programs in cluster
Skills:
Mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, experience in a customer facing support role, preferably including team leadership.
• Good working knowledge of the Service Management principles Cost Models for Service Delivery, resource planning, team leadership, business acumen, financial management.
• Ability to build and improve processes and procedures to meet the business need.
• Proven ability to be effective in Large Organisations
Preferred
• Good documentation abilities.
• Ability to drive change through influence and ensure outcomes as part of a larger team.
• Use prior and gained knowledge and experience to develop an improve customer experience.
• Prior compliance experience hands-on is strongly recommended.
