Purpose
Accountabilities
- Have the ability to build strong relationships with State based customers. Expected monthly face to face contact with customer contacts across Supermarkets & DDS accounts.
- Collaboratively build a Full Year business plan with the relevant State customer. The Business plan includes a financial growth target supported by jointly agreed execution initiatives.
- Show vigilance & tenacity in driving State based opportunities in Supermarkets & DDS Accounts. These over and above initiatives add incremental sales and ensure market share & scan sales targets are met.
- Must also have sound influence & negotiation skills. They can adapt to different needs of customers but also have the right level of aggression in �closing� a sale.
- Has the ability to use insights & financial data strategically when presenting to a State customer.
- Conduct a formalised quarterly review with each State customer.
- Embed a thorough communication process within the State that ensures consistent communication to the Field team.
