As our analyst you will need to:
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve Client computing issues.
• Support the company standard Workstation and application operations computing environment.
Provide the following support:
• Computer systems hardware and software installation.
• Phone installations.
• Videoconference equipment.
• Remote access services client support.
• Client training for computer systems and applications.
• Network Administration functions.
Required skills
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills, client oriented, collaborative, responsive, decisive and team oriented with good technical knowledge.
•Knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Windows, MS Office and networking environment.
