Job Description & Duties Responsibilities:
1. Logistic support
• support of sales partners by phone and in person
• setting and tracking requests, coordination of merchandise availability in coop. with HQ
• complaint management (returns, credits, quality issues)
• support in Asian-specific import / export issues (freight documents, tax and toll)
• support in case of product substitution
2. IT- support of hard- and software
• installation of programmes in Windows-environment
• trouble-shooting in coop. HQ
• technical service of broadband, Router, etc.
• administration of systems
3. Quality control
• On-site quality management support regarding problems and complaints
• product evaluation, defect analysis, exchange of information with HQJob Requirements
• university degree with major in industrial engineeringor business information technology
• first working experience in the field of logistic andquality management
• familiar with MS Office, SAP, Notes
• fluent in English, German and Chinese would be aplus
• structured and independent working style
• high sense of responsibility
