Job Description 

Our client is one of the leading players in the global logistics industry. They are looking for a CRM Analyst to carry out the following:
  • Work with the supervisor to ensure timely delivery against milestones and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with the supervisor and also with third party vendors
  • Liaise with Business and Technology teams to ensure detailed functional and non-functional requirements/specifications for the global CRM IT system
  • Execute and maintain project/program management processes and disciplines in the areas of: project/program schedule and quality management; communications management; human resource management; cost management; procurement management; risk / issue management; change management
  • Track, monitor, and report Multi-national CRM Systems program level information and data
  • Project/Program risk management, reporting and monitoring
  • Cost management/tracking at the Multi-national CRM program level
  • Effectively managing project team resources in a matrix environment
Your Profile:    
  •  The candidate must possess strong project management, leadership and planning skills and good business acumen.
  • Candidate must have good inter-personal skills including strong oral and written communication, strong negotiation skills, and business management knowledge. The candidate must also be self-motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful.
  • 3+ years of experience on large scale programs and leading end-to-end implementation of CRM systems, e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, Pivotal
  • Direct experience of governance, financial control and risk management
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Good negotiator and stakeholder manager
  • Experience managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups with strong team management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Must be an innovative, motivated, organized, strong team player with solid interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate resolutions to complex problems
  • Ability to excel within both a team and individual contributor environmentAbility to multitask and manage multiple complex priorities
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
