To ensure a cohesive regional outlook, optimise revenue and profitability, motivate team while continuously promoting growth and company image
Detailed Description
· To lead, motivate, guide, support, develop the team within the region to enhance productivity and efficiency
· To achieve, optimise revenue budget target for maximum and sustainable profits
· To prepare, monitor and control annual regional budget to ensure expenditure is in line with business plan
· To develop and implement sales/marketing plans to deliver budget objectives and optimise on resources
· To identify and develop new business opportunities (SPAs, Route, BASA, Commercial Agreements, GSAs, Interline sales etc) for revenue growth
Promote image of company to the market region (Government/Travel Agents/CAA, Trade parties etc) for good relationship and safeguard of company business
Additional Details
· Attainment of regional set targets in terms of:
- Revenue, line profitability, yield, pax numbers and cost control
· Quality of relationship with government authorities key accounts, 3rd party handlers within the region.
· KQ brand awareness and product in the region.
