Job Summary:
- Negotiate new connectivity with 3rd party systems such as GDS providers
- Negotiate new connectivity with regard to application configuration and networking protocol
- Responsible for providing technical and functional support and providing resolution for technical issues for internal and external customers within and outside of the United States.
- Develops and maintains internal applications for use in Support
- Focusing on delivery of a high quality customer experience
- Responsible for the overall health of hosted applications. This includes continuous improvement in SLA's through better monitoring, escalating bug fixes for correction and system tuning. Oversees change management activity in hosted client environments. Ensures successful recovery after application deployments and infrastructure maintenance.
- Role may require travel several times per year, within and possibly outside of the United States, for training, knowledge exchange, client site troubleshooting, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
