The Job
Because the Amsterdam office is growing, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team. You will head up multi-functional teams, providing project leadership, as well as playing a key part in the support of the wider Project Management and Project delivery teams. You will be working on a rich mix of integrated projects for our global clients. In your role you ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget and you will be responsible for scheduling work, managing budgets and timelines and managing a high volume of online and offline advertising campaigns. You will keep creative and technical teams on track thanks to your solid communication and planning skills. You will be a collaborative and appreciated member of the Project Services Team as well as our entire office. You will be responsible for start-to-finish overall project management. Create and manage project plans (budget, time and deliverables) and manage change and scope. You motivate and support teams, control deliverables for quality, report status internally and externally and manage issues, risks and budget and act as key contact for client stakeholders.
We ask
You have 6+ years proven track record in working in the advertising industry, digital experience is required. Knowledge of and experience with different project management methodologies & tools. You have excellent communication skills; you are a natural at communicating with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. You have the ability to motivate, support, persuade and inspire. Your English is fluent written and spoken, Dutch or another European language is an advantage. You have a college degree level of education or equivalent and you possess a valid EU permit/citizenship.
