Job Purpose

Our Scientific Affairs & Regulatory Affairs (SARA) team is recognised as a growth enabler, inspiring trust in Kraft brands, preserving the Kraft image and promoting the intrinsic benefits for consumers of Kraft products.

You will support the Chocolate Category Regulatory Affairs Analyst in implementing the Regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance with Kraft foods policies and procedures. You will develop and approve product labeling in accordance with EU labeling regulations, Approve product artwork and provide regulatory guidance on chocolate projects, ensuring that the business remains legal and safe in all aspects of the agenda.

Accountabilities


  • Approve artwork for copy and position of wording, working with Legal, Marketing and the Design Studio.


  • Supply of label copy/legal text for all products which will meet statutory and company policies including nutritional information.


  • Generate ingredients lists and nutritional data against internal specification and recipe system.


  • Compile all labelling information together in a common format and supply to the Design Studio according to time lines. 
  • Manage simple change projects for the Kraft chocolate category in their entirety   attending meetings and providing regulatory support as required. 

Pre-Requisites

Highly responsible, able to take clear decisions based on agreed frameworks to maintain legality and company reputation.

A good eye for detail. 
IT systems literate and experienced in Office tools.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
Degree level qualification preferred but not essential.
