Detailed Description
Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. Work with Oracle’s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure. Develop, test, enhance, and implement custom web applications using PL/SQL, APEX, JAVA and other technologies. Provide technical support and maintenance for custom web applications. Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation. Coordinate development efforts with other GCS team members. Use proper industry standards to code and develop software. Ensure quality of development work by using standard testing practices. Monitor support queue and provide effective issue resolution on support request logged by customers. Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation to assist in various stages of software development. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions.


Job Requirements
Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or related technical field. Education or experience should include: 1) XML; 2) SQL & PL/SQL; 3) JSP, Servlets & J2EE; and 4) Oracle databases. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Location: Santa Clara, CA
