People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.



Our AO resources can expect to:
Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.

Basic Qualifications: 
Minimum 3 years experience with packaged software application development
Minimum 3 years experience in the software delivery lifecycle, including test planning and execution
Minimum 1 year experience managing all aspects of the testing effort, including plans, interdependencies, schedule, budget, tools, and required personnel

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
1. Ability to document and communicate the status of testing progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
2. Ability to provide technical leadership to team resources and CenturyLink to meet testing deadlines and objectives.
3. Ability to consult with and develop technical resources for methods, procedures, and standards to use during testing.
4. Proven team player with demonstrated test and/or project planning and documentation experience
