Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rochester Hills, Michigan. 

The Customer Service Representative must have a strong commitment for delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be empowered to solve problems independently and make decisions that promote and encourage Brand loyalty. The Customer Relations Advocate is the face and voice of Volkswagen and as such, will look at every contact as an opportunity to positively impact a customer’s experience. In this role, the primary interaction with the customer will be via the telephone.

- Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility and exercise clear business reason when making Goodwill decisions
- Manage and address cases generated by an inbound customer inquiry
- Be the voice of the customer to the Brand
- Effectively manage calls routed through the Volkswagen Customer Relations 800 number
- Document cases in Listen (in house application)
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional customer service experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused call center 
- Demonstrates strong organizational and business decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with customers and team members with professionalism and maturity
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, yet be a team player 
- Displays strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and act quickly to process change
- Ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail
- Ability to work shifts from 8AM to 8PM
- Strong Windows/PC skills

Desired Skills:
- Automotive experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate fiscal responsibility and exercise clear business reason when making Goodwill decisions
- Ability to successfully manage a case load requiring constant follow up
- Formulate creative business solution to achieve superior customer satisfaction
