Job Description
This position is responsible for achieving profitable sales revenue to an agreed target for a portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will negotiate, implement and manage corporate agreements with direct corporate and TMC’s and also manage the sales and relationship functions with customers to achieve market share, revenue and operating plans at agreed cost of sale. This role will be responsible for achieving agreed targets for new corporate accounts as directed by National Sales Manager Corporate.
Requirements
The role operates within a fast paced environment with working out of office hours on occasion. The role also requires the ability to work remotely, independently and without supervision. Regular travel across the network is required to support various corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role are:-
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties to ensure that customer demands are understood and managed
Enhance relationships between Company and corporate customers
Complete and execute strategic account development plans for all TMC’s/Corporates
All sales activity recorded utilising Salesforce.com
Sales calls to focus on TMC’s/Corporates and new business development
MIDT to be used to plan sales objectives
Active management of costs and revenues
Compliance with local legislation

Qualification & Education:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in professional experience.
Experience:
Applicant must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of corporate airline sales gained over a period of not less than 3 years, with a proven track of success in negotiating, implementing and managing direct corporate agreements.
