The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. The Job
The role: Ads Quality Evaluator (Temporary).
Ads Quality Evaluator are web-savvy individuals who will work with cutting-edge technologies in order to improve the quality of Google's advertisements. You will have strong analytical skills, and bring innovative ideas to improve the overall quality of the ads served on Google. You should be curious, passionate about process optimization and have a proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity, and meeting deadlines. Positions are available for fluent speakers of one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch.
Responsibilities: • Investigate and identify low quality and scammy advertisers based on signals related to ads landing page quality and advertiser accounts. • Collaborate with engineering teams to make large-scale quality improvements to ads and apps products. • Develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow. • Work on special projects and cross-functional initiatives within the company.

Requirements: • BA/BS degree preferred. • Experience in an Internet company (web research experience a plus). • Fundamental understanding of HTML and JavaScript and familiarity with typical web practices. • Familiarity with internet advertising. • Previous experience with a programming language such as Perl or Python. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Fluent English and one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish.
