Location: Central London Salary: Commensurate with Experience We are seeking a dynamic, focused and experienced Head of Africa to join our Programme Management Team. You will have overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of all long-term programmes and short-term assignments within Options Africa portfolio. This includes: managing a team of four-five people, ensuring contract compliance and quality of programme implementation, as well as maintaining and developing relations with all programme staff and partners. You will have a proven programme management track record in international development and public health. You will have demonstrable experience of managing a range of short-term and long-term development projects with large, complex, multi-year, and multi-donor budgets. You will have a strong record of people management and management of teams, including distance management experience. A confident self-starter, you will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-moving working environment.
