GCG Contract CoE, Contract staff:
1.This role is responsible for contract preparation in IBM Greater China Group Sales Transaction Hub. Contract staff. will closely work with aligned functions to support team to prepare and release IBM contracts following established internal processes;
2.Contract preparation process including verification, contract package preparation, release and filing;
3.Responsible for handling contract related queries and issues;
4.Ensure compliance with audit/ business control requirement and execute according to established processes.
Required Skills
At least 2 years working experience is required. Experience in import/export, contract management, fulfillment, trade practice is preferred. IT company experience is a plus.
1.High communication skill is preferred on multiple communication ways, like verbal, email, meeting (even across countries);
2.Fluent English on verbal, listening, reading and writing. CET6 is required
3.Mature, organize, passion & self-motivate is the desired character
