Job description
The GMT IGF Marketing Manager represents IGF on the Marketing & Communications Leadership Team (MCLT), leads the marketing and offering/product development team.
The role reports directly to the GMT IGF General Manager and receives functional guidance from both the GMT Regional Marketing Leader and the GMU IGF Marketing Leader.
Candidates for this position must be able to provide guidance on market positioning, messaging, value propositions and differentiation into cross–IBM marketing programs
(especially Demand Programs) in order to effectively serve the market segment. He/she must collaborate and influence the other brands and the GMT MCLT to ensure
IGF integration into their marketing and communications activities while maintaining focus on client needs. As IGF employs various routes to market, the successful
candidate is also expected to work closely with the business to support channels marketing & enablement as appropriate.
The IGF Marketing Manager owns the IGF marketing budget, the return on investment for the allocation of resources and the business unit marketing execution.
Required Skills
At least 5 years experience in Marketing, relevant experience in financing & channels preferred.
