The Portfolio and Business Management (P&BM) team in the NA SD organization is responsible for the definition and management of the SD NA product and experience portfolio that maximizes our business opportunities in NA and prioritizes the portfolio investments in NA across key Operators. The team works closely with the NA SU Operator Account Teams and NA SU LT to manage both the NA SU product needs and the SD NA business targets. The team is also responsible for driving the technology planning and discussions with key Operators in NA and will actively work with technology asset teams to identify mid to long term technology innovations and potential future disruptions.
Reporting to the Director, Technology Management in the the P&BM team, the main responsibility areas of the Manager, Verizon Technology Management are:
Manage technology discussions with Verizon
Consolidates technology roadmaps (from customers, suppliers, Nokia asset teams) and forms views that influence Verizon portfolio planning from technology perspective
Technology enablers for winning Verizon portfolio and products
Identifies technology trends and high level opportunities
Definition/identification of marketable & leading technology features towards Verizon
Key deliverables:
Verizon technology roadmap and portfolio with mapped technology drivers and enablers (with inputs e.g., from CTO office, partners, suppliers)
Operator technology landscape outlook data / reports

Qualifications
Strong technical background
Capable of managing and building solid customer relationships
Highly developed analytical thinking capacity and analytical skills
Solid understanding of Nokia's products & solutions strategy based on WP
Highly independent, self -directed and performance driven
Excellent negotiation, influencing, presentation and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with with internal stakeholders
MSc (Engineering) in a relevant field
